Petter was born in Sweden and from a young age moved across the world, learning from new places and cultures at every opportunity.

Petter is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3 Partners. He is devoted to working with and learning from entrepreneurs and business leaders, contributing to the acceleration and success of both great companies and driven individuals, and spending time with partners dedicated to making a difference.

Petter started his career with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and has over two decades of private equity experience, primarily across Europe and North America, and also in China.

Petter received an MSc in economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School. He served as a platoon leader in the Royal Swedish Navy and has co-founded several companies. Petter loves open fire barbequing, has a passion for education and the outdoors, and lives in London with his family.

Gianpiero grew up in the south of Italy where he was exposed to life in all its vibrancy. At an early age volleyball became a passion. His dedication, focus, and commitment to his team and teammates provided the valuable lesson that success and the journey to achieving it are both part of the reward.

Gianpiero is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3 Partners. He was inspired to found PX3 by the desire to continue to work with the partners he built almost two decades of success with and to create a business capable of attracting individuals of diverse backgrounds, with shared core values, driven by the passion to contribute to PX3’s success.  

Gianpiero started his professional career as a mechanical engineer and, following a short stint as an investment banker at Citigroup in New York, he spent almost two decades in private equity across Europe and North America.

Gianpiero is an active seed investor in businesses with digital and sustainability attributes, loves piano, and is a former professional volleyball player.

Sébastien grew up in Provence and inherited his last name from his Italian origins. At an early age, he moved to Paris to study, and to New York for his first job. He has always been open to learning from new cultures, with method and empathy, in order to better understand the world in all its forms.

Sébastien is a co-founder and Managing Partner of PX3. He shares with his long standing partners the entrepreneurial vision and desire to build an institution that seeks to elevate purpose and passion within companies and individuals to deliver superior and sustainable performance at both a financial and human level.

Sébastien started his professional career within the mergers and acquisitions department of Lazard in New York. He has almost two decades of private equity experience, primarily in Europe and the United States, and also in Japan.

Sébastien graduated from HEC Paris with a Master X-HEC Entrepreneurs, and also obtained a BA in philosophy from La Sorbonne Paris IV. He is involved in various philanthropic and art organisations, and now lives in London with his family.

Éléonore was born and raised in central Brussels in a multicultural family and has studied, lived, and worked across the globe.

Éléonore is a Vice President at PX3 Partners and is passionate about working alongside entrepreneurs and management teams to support and grow their businesses.

After a brief stint in the hospitality industry, Éléonore spent a few years in the M&A practice of Lazard London. She then joined a European private equity firm where she harnessed her interest in building impactful businesses.

Éléonore graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and received a MSc in Finance from IE. Éléonore now lives in central London with her husband. She loves to hike, cook, and travel whenever possible.

Filippo was born and raised in Umbria, a region in the heart of Italy, prior to moving to the United Kingdom to complete his studies.

Filippo is an Associate at PX3 Partners and is passionate about working alongside exceptional management teams to foster growth, create value, and make a positive impact on society.

Before joining PX3, Filippo spent two years as an investment banking Analyst within the EMEA industrials team at Citigroup in London, working across a variety of sub-sectors including business services, industrial technology, and mobility.

Filippo holds a BSc (Hons) in economics from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in finance from the University of Cambridge. Filippo now lives in London and loves nature, art, and travelling.

Dan grew up in London and has travelled extensively and learned much from interacting with people all over the globe, both professionally and personally.

Dan oversees tax and structuring for PX3 Partners.

Dan spent over two decades in international tax advisory and was a founder of an international tax advisory business, which was acquired by Hg Capital in 2018. He is a passionate entrepreneur with a focus on sustainable and responsible growth on a commercial and human level and a straightforward approach to complex problems.

Following the sale of his business, in addition to his work at PX3 Partners, Dan supports a small number of businesses and families as an advisor, NED, or investor. Dan and his wife also run a contemporary art dealership in West London, and they spend much of their time with their three children at their rural home, producing organic apple juice.

Marla was born and raised in Mongolia, where her deep love for nature began. Over the years, she had the privilege of studying and working across multiple continents.

Marla is a Senior Associate at PX3 Partners and is passionate about working alongside ambitious management teams to build great businesses.

Marla began her professional journey in consulting at PwC in Germany. Shortly after, Marla spent several years at a German private equity firm where she found her passion in making positive impacts on society and the environment through her investments.

Marla graduated from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, and received an MSc in Finance from the University of Nürtingen-Geislingen, Germany. Marla currently lives in London with her husband and loves exploring and hiking.

Gianpiero is an active seed investor in businesses with digital and sustainability attributes, loves piano and is a former professional volleyball player. He now lives in London with his family.
