SUSTAINABILITY

How much more could we achieve if we could maximise performance and make a positive impact

This environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policy outlines our view on sustainability and the way we integrate it throughout our investment process, operation, and ethos.
The policy applies to Fund I (the “Fund”) and PX3, and is revised annually to match our growing ambition, changing legislation, and industry best practice.

Our View on Sustainability

We founded PX3 under the belief that things can be done differently. We aim to create a firm that is the ideal destination for industry visionaries to perform their best work. We seek to harness the purpose and passion of our employees and companies to achieve superior performance. Purpose, passion, and performance are the core principles that guide us in creating returns. In our view, sustainability is a core driving force behind them.

We want to look back and be proud of how we treated people and the world around us and to have made a positive impact. We strive to invest in companies that have the potential to make positive change, share our values, and are governed to the highest ethical standards. We then work together with these leaders to implement sustainability initiatives at a pace that matches the sense of urgency required to address the world’s societal and environmental challenges.

driving positive impact

We have the desire to make a measurable and positive impact in investee companies and believe we can accomplish this by partnering not only with companies that are already sustainable but also those that have the potential to improve.

It is our view that acting and investing with care for the world we live in and leave behind is accretive to long-term value creation and helps to mitigate and manage risk in our portfolios. It is also part of our fiduciary duty as responsible stewards of our clients' capital to grow and secure current earnings without sacrificing future earnings. Aside from our belief that acting responsibly leads to superior returns and draws in talent, we are convinced it is just the right thing to do.

The considerations within the SFDR designate certain entity and product-level requirements so that investors are appropriately informed of adverse sustainability impacts, the promotion of environmental characteristics, and sustainable investment criteria.

Our entity-level SFDR policies are found here:
